The current focus is on approximately ten high growth markets throughout the Southeast where there is a supply of constrained apartment homes. Primary targets are major out-of-favour niche and secondary markets with high population and job growth.
TLD is constantly monitoring real estate trends and evaluating changing demographics to re-position itself in the more expensive high barrier coastal and over-heated urban markets.
